Dashboard and Insights

Understand the role-based overview page, activity summaries, alerts, and progress indicators.

Overview page

The overview opens on Summary. Each role has its own tabs, also available as sidebar children. Reports load when you open their tab; the selected tab stays in the URL for bookmarks and browser back/forward. Global search also finds these tabs by name and report content.

  • Admins and sub-admins have Summary, Academics, Attendance, Campus, Operations, and Activity tabs. Sub-admins see Operations first after Summary.
  • Teachers and managers have their own Summary, Teaching, Follow-up, and Activity tabs for assigned sections.
  • Students have Summary, My program, Learning, Follow-up, and Activity. Program details and open evaluations load in My program.
  • Guardians have Summary, Learning, Follow-up, Activity, and Family. Select a linked student to see their information; Family loads the wider family snapshot.
  • Finance overview has Summary, Cash flow, Sources, Collections, Departments, and Activity. Summary shows cash aggregates; collection and source reports load in their tabs.
  • Reports reuse cached data for up to 10 minutes. Returning after that window refreshes the report while keeping the previous result visible. Relevant live updates or an explicit refresh can refresh it sooner; unopened tabs do not load in the background.

Actionable alerts

Dashboard alerts are meant to point users toward work that needs attention, such as missing schedules, attendance gaps, upcoming assessments, unread messages, or unverified payments.
