Role Guides
Teacher Guide
A practical guide for assigned classes, materials, assessments, submissions, attendance, and grading.
Where teachers start
Teachers work from the classes and schedules assigned to them. If a class, timetable slot, attendance sheet, or assessment is missing, the first thing to check is whether the teacher is assigned to that section and whether the schedule slot is owned by that teacher.

Class work
| Task | Where it appears | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Share material | Teacher and student section views. | The file or link belongs to the correct section. |
| Create assessment | Student assessment list and teacher grading view. | Due date, total marks, weightage, and submission settings are correct. |
| Review submissions | Assessment grading workflow. | Student work is opened before marking late or missing. |
| Enter grades | Gradebook or assessment grading view. | Zero grades are intentional and non-zero grades follow the minimum rule. |
| Review feedback | Feedback page. | Teacher feedback appears only for the evaluated teacher and authorized management views. |
End-of-term responsibilities
- All assessments that count toward the course have grades
- Late or missing submissions have been handled according to school policy
- Assessment weights and total marks look correct
- Student-visible feedback is appropriate
- Grades are finalized only when they are ready for transcript use
Final means official
Finalized grades are used for transcripts. Teachers should treat finalization as the last review step, not as a draft save button.
