Academic scope
Managers are academic oversight users. They work with students, teachers, attendance, assessments, and grades through the sections assigned to them.

Not a finance role
Managers do not manage finance structures, entries, payment claims, or organization settings. Those belong to Admin/Sub Admin/Finance Manager according to the workflow.
