Guardian Guide
A simple guide for guardians viewing linked student records and fee status.
Linked-student flow
Guardian accounts are linked to one student at a time from the student record. When a guardian signs in, the portal shows the students linked to that guardian and lets them choose which student to view.

Privacy boundaries
Linked students only
A guardian cannot view another student by guessing a URL or ID. The backend checks that the selected student is linked to the signed-in guardian.
- Edit a guardian account from Users > Guardians.
- Use the student edit form to link or unlink a guardian.
- Guardian profile photos use the same cropped profile-picture upload flow as staff and students.
