Role Guides
Student Guide
A student-friendly guide for timetable, materials, submissions, grades, fees, and transcripts.
Student portal basics
The student portal shows the classes, timetable, materials, assessments, grades, fees, and transcripts connected to the signed-in student. If something is missing, the student may not be enrolled in the right cohort or section yet.
| Need | Where to look | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Class schedule | Timetable | Shows schedule slots for enrolled sections. |
| Study files | Materials | Shows files or links teachers shared with the class. |
| Assignments or exams | Assessments | Shows due dates, instructions, and submission options. |
| Marks | Grades or transcript views | Shows published or finalized academic results depending on the page. |
| Evaluations | Evaluations tab | Shows teacher and course feedback tasks after finalized grades and active windows unlock them. |
| Fee balance | Fees | Shows due, awaiting approval, partially paid, and paid entries. |
Submitting work
- 1Open the assessment from the student portal.
- 2Read the instructions, due date, and allowed submission type.
- 3Attach the file, link, or response requested by the teacher.
- 4Review the submission before sending.
- 5Check the status after submitting so you know it was received.
Keep proof of important work
For major assignments, keep a copy of the submitted file or link until the teacher has reviewed it.
Fees and transcripts
- A fee marked Awaiting Approval means the school still needs to verify the payment claim.
- A paid fee means staff accepted the payment record.
- Transcript GPA and letter grades come from the school policy for that academic cycle.
- If a grade or fee looks wrong, contact the school instead of creating duplicate claims or submissions.
